Prediabetes Playbook officially launches on July 9, and I'm grateful you've decided to follow along from the very beginning.
For the past 15 years, I've been learning how everyday decisions influence my own risk for Type 2 diabetes. Along the way, I've read hundreds of books and studies, experimented with my own habits, and discovered that the path to better metabolic health isn't built on dramatic changes—it's built on paying attention earlier.
That's the idea behind this publication.
Every Tuesday, I'll publish Prediabetes Playbook—a focused essay exploring one practical idea to help us recognize the path to Type 2 diabetes sooner and make sustainable changes before a diagnosis forces our hand.
Every Sunday, I'll publish Worth Sharing—a collection of the recipes, books, products, ideas, and lessons that I genuinely found worth sharing that week.
I'm not writing because I have all the answers.
I'm writing because I believe more of us should be talking about metabolic health before it becomes a problem. My hope is that by learning together, we can make better decisions a little earlier—and hopefully change the trajectory of our health along the way.
